Accelerating is easy.
The question is where to.

I help you decide where to take your company (business, management and technology, with AI as the accelerator) and get there.

Let's talk

Executive summary

Since 2010 I have worked where business and technology meet: first as a consultant, then leading projects and teams, and today as general manager of a consultancy operating across Latin America and facing a paradigm shift, in its industry and in the world.

A company is worth what it can grow, the margin it sustains, how it invests its capital and how much risk it runs along the way. My contribution is connecting those four things to everyday decisions: which projects to take on and in what order, which processes to fix before automating, and where technology (today, above all, artificial intelligence) truly accelerates and where it only adds noise.

I work from experience: what I do every day running a company, and what I studied to do it better, in project management, enterprise architecture and technology management. The art is in joining the practical with the studied.
